News App
The News App project was to design a few pages for what an app for the Gazette would look like on a tablet. In it, we were tasked to use Adobe XD or Figma. I used Adobe XD.
Experience & Outcome
Prior, I had never used Adobe XD. Hence, while designing it was easy and came out well, making it interactive to fully display the app was the difficulty. Most of the time was spent learning the software.
However, I found no difficulty in navigating the software, quickly making progress in it. I think it came out well with a clear vision in structure and design while not drifting too far away from the Montreal Gazette’s own design.
